PlayAway Plan Terms and Conditions:

PlayAway Plan is offered on select products or packages of tickets to the Park(s). Items and packages are subject to change at anytime and may be discontinued without notice. Election to use the PlayAway Plan for an available item or package constitutes the purchasers agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to complete the payments as indicated upon purchase will result in the suspension of the item or package and the purchaser may not use any portion of the item or package until such time where payment is made in full.

All PlayAway Plan purchases will be made to the initial credit card (or approved payment type) on a recurring basis until payment is made in full. Declined processing of the payment, for any reason, will be retried once after a 2 day waiting period. Notice of the declined payment will be sent by email to the purchase at the email address provided at the time of the original purchase. Should the purchaser fail to correct the declined payment for any reason, all items or packages made in the original purchase will be suspended. A suspended status notice will be sent to the purchase by email with instructions on how to reinstate the items or packages – but, at the least, will require the purchase to make payment in full. Payment may be made at Guest Relations at the Park or by calling 303.595.4386. Any processing fees and applicable taxes will be added to the first payment. Park rules apply to all tickets and passes purchased through the PlayAway Plan.

What is the PlayAway Plan?

PlayAway Plan is a simple monthly payment program designed to make Season Pass membership fit easily into anyone's budget.

Are there any finance charges connected to PlayAway Plan?

None at all. We want memberships to be affordable for everyone, so we refuse to charge interest or finance fees.

I just received vouchers for my PlayAway Plan purchase. When will my payment cycle begin?

Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase, so you should see account activity right away.

Is my monthly PlayAway Plan charge always the same amount?

It should stay the same throughout your initial membership period. If it changes without notice, let us know at 303.595.4386. Any taxes or processing fees will be added to your initial payment.

Can I pay off my initial commitment early?

Yes, just call 303.595.4386 or visit the park during operating hours and days.

Is there somebody at the park who can help me with my Season Pass Membership account?

Go to your park for help with all your Season Pass needs. Important: Season Passes can only be validated at parks in which they are recognized.

What if I need to change credit cards or my credit card is lost or stolen?

Contact us right away. You can change the credit card number on your account at any time by calling 303.595.4386. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

I received a notice that my PlayAway Plan account has been suspended. What should I do?

Call 303.595.4386 for an explanation of your current account status and information on how to reactivate your account.

May I cancel my PlayAway Plan account before my commitment term ends?

Members may not cancel during their initial term of commitment. Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Should any actions on your part result in cancellation during that period, you'll be required to provide payment in full for each Season Pass purchased.

Can I remove a Season Pass member from my PlayAway Plan account?

You may not remove individuals from your account.

Can I change an individual on my account to a different credit card?

All individuals on one account must be charged to the same credit card.

Is my Season Pass Membership transferable?

Season Pass memberships are not transferable at any time.
